Evaluating the current-generation platform ecosystem and suggestions for a next-generation ecosystem
We want to evaluate externally the user experience of the platforms that will be developed in this project. A workshop led by an independent NGO specialized in IT services for international development, will take place.

Establishing an internal monitoring working group and developing the Theory of Change for health libraries and techno-pedagogical support staff
During the workshops on health librarianship and techno- pedagogical innovation, a Theory of Change will be developed to track the progress during the project in implementing projected changes at HEI partners.

Develop, deploy and support the digital health information platforms ecosystem
The project will develop, deploy and support three types of platforms: (a) local digital library repositories and/or publishing platforms within the partner HEIs, (b) the MedBox aid library and (c) a collaborative cross-partner, open access knowledge management platform for exchanging medical information (WikiTropica). Develop new content for the digital health information platforms
We will develop and curate content, including open eLearning modules, in the different digital health information platforms. There seven pilot themes, but these may change due to a changing health environment.

1.1 In-depth, updated analysis report on digital health in Cambodia and Indonesia
An in-depth, co-authored report by all partners mapping in detail the digital health innovations and initiatives in Cambodia and Indonesia. The report will focus on health education and information management, although we will give some examples of other types of digital health products from the region as well.
