Establishing an internal monitoring working group and developing the Theory of Change for health libraries and techno-pedagogical support staff

The internal working group, comprised of the consortium partners, will first develop a Theory of Change for the project.  Its task will be to monitor the project with the Theory of Change and to feedback to HEI management and consortium partners about its findings. For the internal monitoring & evaluation, we will work together with students from MU’s Global Health programme. The monitoring working group will do its work through electronic communications and will assess the project twice: at the end of year 1 and at the end of year 2. A report will be made available both of the initial ToC as well as on the progress monitoring. The reports will only be internally shared.
